Hello, welcome to Zhejiang Zhenfluhao Valve Co., Ltd!
Introduction of lining materials for fluorine-lined valves
fluorine-lined valve has the dual functions of switching and flow regulation, which can easily open and close the gas path without affecting the flow and ensuring the repeatability of the flow. The slow start reduces the impact of the instantaneous pipeline pressure on the instrument. Quite added a damper, thereby increasing the service life of the needle valve. Fluorine lined valve dedicated to the control of corrosive or strong corrosive media, the body cavity surface covered with a variety of alternative fluorine plastic, suitable for different working temperature and fluid pipeline, with high strength, good corrosion resistance characteristics.
Polyvinyl chloride: rigid) PVC
Applicable medium: water resistant, concentrated alkali, non-oxidizing acid, chain hydrocarbon, oil and ozone, etc. Use temperature: 0-55
Features: high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability and dielectric properties, good oil resistance and anti-aging, easy welding and bonding, low price.
Polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE(F4)
Use medium: strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidant, etc. Use temperature:-200~180
Features: Excellent chemical stability, high heat resistance, cold resistance, low friction coefficient, is an excellent self-lubricating material, but low mechanical properties, poor fluidity, large thermal expansion.
Polyolefin: PO
Applicable medium: various concentrations of acid and alkali salts and some organic solvents. Use temperature:-58~80
Features: It is the ideal anti-corrosion material in the world at present, and has been widely used in large-scale equipment and pipeline lining of rotary molding.
Polytrifluoroethylene PCTEF (F3)
Applicable medium: various organic solvents, inorganic corrosive solution (oxidizing acid) Service temperature:-195~120
Features: Heat resistance, electrical properties and chemical stability are second only to F4, mechanical strength, creep properties and hardness are better than F4
Polypropylene: RPP
Applicable media: aqueous solutions of inorganic salts, inorganic acids, dilute or concentrated solutions of alkalis. The use of temperature:-14~80
features: tensile and compressive strength, hardness are better than low pressure polyethylene, there is a very prominent rigidity, good heat resistance, easy molding, excellent. Modified dynamic impact, fluidity, bending elasticity.
Polyperfluoroethylene FEP (F46)
Applicable medium: any organic solvent or reagent, dilute or concentrated inorganic acid, alkali, ketone, aromatic hydrocarbon, chlorinated hydrocarbon, etc. Use temperature:-85~150
Features: Mechanical, electrical properties and chemical stability are basically the same as F4, but the outstanding advantages are high dynamic impact toughness, good weather resistance and radiation.
polyvinylidene chloride PVDF(F2)
medium used: resistant to most chemicals and solvents, temperature used:-70~100
characteristics: tensile strength and compression strength are better than F4, bending resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance.
