Fluorine lined pneumatic three-way regulating ball valve is a three-channel rotary ball valve used for medium separation, confluence, and flow direction switching. Any pipeline can serve as an inlet or outlet. There are two types of pneumatic three-way ball valves: pneumatic three-way L-shaped ball valve and pneumatic three-way T-shaped ball valve, which can meet different production process requirements.
The air lined fluorine pneumatic three-way regulating ball valve is used to cut off two of the three pipelines, and the ball valve realizes the merging and diversion of the three connected pipelines. The pneumatic three-way regulating ball valve is matched with an electrical valve positioner, and can be controlled to operate by inputting a 4-20mADC signal and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source, achieving the adjustment of parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level. The pneumatic three-way reversing ball valve is equipped with a travel limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve, and 0.4-0.7MPa air source to achieve switch operation, and sends two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the opening and closing of the valve.

The actuator is an important component of the automatic control system in the production process of pneumatic three-way regulating ball valves. It has dual acting cylinders and single acting cylinders, and its principle is:
1. Using compressed air as the energy source to complete the switch action, when compressed air is input from the nozzle of the pneumatic actuator into the pneumatic actuator, the gas will push the piston to move towards both ends, and drive the gear on the rotating shaft to rotate through the gear rack, thus opening the valve. When the pneumatic actuator is closed, the air source enters from the reverse nozzle, pushing the piston towards the middle and driving the valve to close. This cylinder is a double acting cylinder.
2. Using compressed air as the energy source to complete the switch action, when compressed air is input from the nozzle of the pneumatic actuator into the pneumatic actuator, the gas will push the piston to move towards both ends, driving the gears on the rotating shaft to rotate through the gear rack, thereby opening the valve. When the reverse nozzle exhausts, the spring pushes the piston to close the valve. This cylinder is a single acting cylinder. The actuator and adjustment mechanism of the pneumatic actuator are a unified whole, and the components of the actuator can be selected from thin films, pistons, or gear racks, among which gear racks are the most commonly used. The gear and rack actuator has a compact structure, high output driving force, and smooth and reliable operation, making it the one with balanced performance among the three types of actuator components.
