Product Description

The sleeve type regulating valve adopts a balanced structure, and the pressure difference between the medium before and after the valve has a very small imbalance force on the valve disc. Under the same working condition, the actuator thrust required for the same type of valve is small, so its valve stem diameter is smaller than that of a single seat unbalanced valve design or selection.
The sleeve and disc of the sleeve type regulating valve have a clearance fit, and there are multiple throttling windows on the sleeve. The shape of the window determines the flow characteristics of the regulating valve, and the size of the window area affects the flow coefficient Cv of the regulating valve.
The valve seat adopts a self aligning thread free snap in structure, and the conical sealing surface on the valve seat matches the conical sealing surface on the valve disc to form a cutting sealing pair, ensuring that the valve is tightly closed when the valve disc is pressed onto the valve seat.
The size of the valve seat diameter affects the flow coefficient Cv of the regulating valve.
The balance holes on the valve disc are symmetrically distributed parallel to the axial direction, connecting the chambers on the upper and lower end faces of the valve disc. This way, most of the forces acting on the axial direction of the valve disc by the medium inside the valve cancel out each other, and the unbalanced force generated by the medium on the valve stem is very small. There is a polytetrafluoroethylene balance sealing seat on the sleeve. When the valve disc is fully closed, the balance sealing surface on the valve disc is tightly pressed against the polytetrafluoroethylene balance sealing seat on the sleeve to form a tight cut, ensuring that the medium in the upper chamber cannot enter the balance chamber. When the valve disc moves up and down, the channel area of the throttling window on the sleeve will change, thereby achieving the function of regulating the flow rate and pressure of the medium in the pipeline.
