The fluorine lined wafer butterfly valve adopts a combination of two halves of the valve body, and the valve seat and valve body lining are integrated. When the valve is working, only the fully plastic valve seat and the lining plastic butterfly plate come into contact with the medium. The product can withstand corrosion from other media except for molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine. The valve stem and butterfly plate (forged) are integrated, and the surface is evenly coated with a layer of FEP.
The inner surface of the valve body channel of the fluorine lined butterfly valve is smooth, with low fluid resistance, high CV value, strong flow capacity, and moderate torque. It adopts a four stage sealing structure and is equipped with a temperature resistant SI rubber elastic gasket seat on the sealing surface.
