The FEP vertical fluorine lined check valve is also suitable for use on pipelines with various concentrations of strong alkaline organic solvents and other corrosive gas and liquid media.
Precautions for installing fluorine lined check valves:
1. During installation, do not allow the check valve to bear the weight of the pipeline. Large check valves should have independent supports to prevent them from being affected by the pressure generated by the pipeline system.
2. Pay attention to the direction of medium flow during installation, which should be consistent with the arrow direction marked on the valve body.
3. Vertical check valves must be installed on vertical pipelines, otherwise the check valve will not function.
4. A horizontal check valve should be installed on a horizontal pipeline, otherwise the check valve will also not function.
